Flower Water Meditation

This is a mediation of cleansing and renewal.  You may choose any flower(s) you wish to work with.  When one comes to you ask for its meaning to you.

Sit or lay comfortably as you read these words.  Take all the time you need between the words to really tune into your Flower Water Meditation.

You are in a space of complete comfort and ease.  Invite your higher self and any divine assistants who wish to help into your presence.

See your higher self gently open the top of your head to remove your brain out of your skull.  Feel the lightness that comes when having had your heavy brain removed for cleansing. Your magnificent brain is placed on a pedestal that allows water to move through it.  Your higher self picks up a vase of flower water.  This water has been being charged by the sun's light.  The water is vibrating at the purest level of your chosen flower.  The water is the frequency of your chosen flower.  See your higher self pour this never ending flow of flower water over your brain, through your brain.  Know impurities are being washed ever away.  Now see your higher self turn your brain upside down on the the pedestal and pour more flower water over your brain.  See the flower water again passing through your brain cleansing every area within it.

Now your higher self turns to you where you have been patiently sitting in the most comfortable chair as your brain received the purest cleansing it has ever known.  Your higher self raises another vase of flower water now over your brainless vehicle and pours this flower water through the top of your head.  Know this flower water is passing through every area of your being bringing the same lightening clarity to your whole vessel, your beautiful vehicle.  You are aware of how gourgeous you truly are.  Absolutely pristine and beautiful.  Another vase of flower water is poured through you dislodging any deep, hidden debris that you fully let go of.

Your higher self now turns back to your fully cleansed brain that shimmers with light.  You kiss your brain gently with your lips to its silky, yet rough surface.  "Thank you" your higher self whispers.  You then gently place your beautiful brain, proper side up, back into your skull.  Your higher self closes your head.  You then stoop to look yourself in your eyes and say, "I love you."  You kiss your third eye space as an ever reminder to how beautiful and clear you are.

Come back into yourself as you remember you are on the splendid planet Earth in service to your World.

What are Flower Essences?
